execution:
as a specialist remuneration consultancy the client needed a brochure with a corporate look which was exciting and interesting, and at the same time conveying the company's unique way of dealing with their clients. the brochure was packed with information and through the use of various typefaces and colours it was designed for easy usage. the centre page of the brochure functions as a response device in the form of an A5 pull-out application form |

Inbound Travel Services Africa (ITSA)
the brief:
designing compelling advertising material promoting a once-off cape to cairo tour for a european and american tourist market |
execution:
the ITSA cape to cairo trip, called Classic African Air Safaris, offered various options and the client required three brochures. the first two brochures are about the cape to cairo leg of the trip and the return trip from cairo to the cape. the third brochure contained information on southern africa. the 3 brochures had to compliment a cd and condensed dl brochure and pricelist. the design is distinctly african but with a very upmarket feel. all the items were printed on paralux cream paper that gave the brochures a rich and sophisticated feel and enhanced the beautiful photography |

designing a yearbook to be used in the run-up to the 2000 olympic games |
execution:
to create a sense of the honour and achievement of making it to the olympic games, the design for the SABU yearbook reflected a young, fresh and dynamic approach. this was achieved through extensive use of typography for easy readability. the book was created in an A5 format, printed on magno matt paper for more economical postage and printing |

to create the graphics for the new, retail African Bank branch |
execution:
excellent photography supported the strong colours and confined lines used in the graphics. this create a distinctly contemporary african feel for the building interior. consumer driven tones carried forward a message of invitation and was designed to produce an impulsive rather than a reasoned consumer response when approaching the bank |
